Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Casa Lina Collection website and any purchase of our fragrance products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. About Casa Lina Collection
Casa Lina Collection offers car diffusers, refills, discovery testers, room sprays, home reed diffusers, and gift packaging. Product appearance, packaging, and scent characteristics may vary slightly.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for fraudulent or harmful activity.
3. Product Information
We work to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, bottle appearance, and packaging may look different depending on your screen. Fragrance is personal, and individual scent perception and strength may vary. Product descriptions do not promise a particular personal preference, scent intensity, or duration.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices, available scents, taxes, and shipping charges will be shown before an order is submitted. An order is not accepted until payment is approved and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the required refund.
5. Shipping
Shipping charges for eligible destinations are calculated and displayed at Shopify checkout. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If shipment is delayed, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders
Each Casa Lina car diffuser is made to order as purchases arrive and is customized using the customer’s selected scent and bottle. Because the liquid fragrance product cannot be safely restocked or resold after it leaves our care, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference, strength preference, or a change of mind. Orders may be canceled only before preparation begins.
If an order arrives broken, damaged, leaking, or different from what was ordered, email info@casalinacollection.com within three calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Safe Product Use
Use car diffusers only as directed. Keep the bottle upright and securely fastened. Do not ingest the liquid or apply it to skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep products away from children, pets, flames, and excessive heat.
- Remove any inner stopper carefully and replace the wooden cap securely.
- While parked, briefly tip the bottle 1–3 times, about one second each, to scent or refresh the wooden cap.
- Wipe spills immediately. Fragrance oils may damage dashboards, plastics, leather, upholstery, painted surfaces, and other finishes.
- Do not position the diffuser where it blocks the driver’s view or interferes with safe operation of the vehicle.
Casa Lina Collection is not responsible for damage caused by spills, leakage, improper hanging, failure to follow instructions, or other misuse, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Casa Lina Collection name, website design, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Casa Lina Collection. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You may not copy, sell, publish, alter, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
9. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other feedback, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and your own. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to give an honest review or communicate with a government agency.
10. Third-Party Services
Shopify is our ecommerce provider for checkout, payments, inventory, and online orders. Shopify will display applicable sales tax and the final total before payment. The website may also link to delivery services, social platforms, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Casa Lina Collection is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Lina Collection will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or product use. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
